So those are 20 random facts about me! I hope that this didn’t bore you too much and that you were able to gather a bit more insight into me and my life. I have never had a job where I wasn't directly talking with someone. I love to work with people! All of my part time jobs as a teenager were working with people. If you have been I would love to hear about it!Ģ0. A few countries on my budget list - Philippines, Japan, Thailand. Non - alcoholic would definitely be a chai tea latte.ġ9. I would love to travel in Asia. Any of my friends would know that my go-to drink is sangria or a gin & tonic with lime. I'll watch anything but currently following The Challenge.ġ7. I am currently planning my wedding for 2023 and am beyond excited for it!ġ8. If youre being interviewed, your CV and cover letter were probably good and met all of the jobs requirements. It may also help you and the interviewer relax so the discussion can proceed in a more natural and friendly manner. I can’t even stand the smell of it alone now…ġ6. Employers ask fun fact about me questions to get to know you better and learn about who you are as a person. One time I accidentally took a big bite of horseradish thinking it was mashed potatoes. I’m very close to my Granny who conveniently lives on the same street as me! She is hands down the kindest and most giving person I know.ġ5. My favourite event of all was the women’s weight lifting, which was actually super impressive to watch!ġ4. My family and I went to the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010 and the London Summer Olympics in 2012. I would wear Lululemon leggings to every occasion if I could.ġ3. They met traveling in Australia, came back to Canada and started their lives together 25+ years ago.ġ2. My mom is from Ottawa and my Dad is from Wales. My parents are both teachers and spent years teaching in Japan together. You can see some before and afters on my Instagram stories.ġ1. I will NEVER get tired of Kraft Dinner… I don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing.ġ0. I purchased my first home in 2020 with my fiancé! With him being a carpenter, we've (mostly Oliver) have been doing many home renovations. We had a family reunion with over 50 members and it was so nice to visit the farm my grandmother grew up on!Ĩ. My fiancé and I have known each other since grade 2, and he is my favourite person to do absolutely anything with, especially traveling! We'll be celebrating 11 years together in the Fall of 2022ĩ. My favourite trip so far was when I went to Ireland in 2015. My latest being Nantes, France for a wedding in December 2021.ħ. I used to aspire to be a farmer when I grew up… clearly that didn’t last long!Ħ. I loved both programs and would recommend them to anyone!ĥ. I initially took Photography at Algonquin College in order to be eligible for the Events Management program, but ended up loving photography and starting my own business. I love to stay active by playing sports! I’ve been playing ringette and soccer since I was 5 years old and have taken up Martial Arts (specifically kickboxing and boxing).ģ.
